The role of a Teacher is to support the mission and ethos of the College and the Touchstones of the Edmund Rice Charter within the learning environment. This involves interacting with students, staff and parents in an appropriate manner as well as implementing processes and practices in keeping with the values and ethos of the College and designed to accomplish the desired outcomes of the College’s academic and pastoral programs.
