Director of Teaching and Learning (7-12)

The primary role of the Director of Teaching & Learning Years 7-12 will support the mission and ethos of the College and the Touchstones of the Edmund Rice Charter through leadership of the middle and senior phases of learning.

The Director of Teaching & Learning – Years 7-12 plays a pivotal role in leading academic excellence through strategic oversight of curriculum delivery and student achievement. This role works closely with the Heads of Faculty and is responsible for monitoring academic progress across Years 7-12, using data informed practices to track student performance and identify trends to foster a culture of high expectations and learning outcomes.

These directions will align with, and support, the vision, mission and strategic plan of the college and align with the touchstones embedded in the Charter for Catholic Schools in the Edmund Rice Tradition.
