Director of Diverse Learning, Commencing 2026

The primary role of the Director of Diverse Learning will be to support the mission and ethos of the College and the Touchstones of the Edmund Rice Charter through leadership of the Diverse Learning Faculty. The Director of Diverse Learning works collaboratively with wider teaching staff, to develop programs and implement strategies that encourage a love of learning and guide the individual to achieve to their full potential. The position works with students, teachers and families to ensure an optimal level of learning and support for students with additional learning needs. This role promotes and develops community understanding and acceptance of diverse education programs and practices by developing:


Appropriate curriculum support and enrichment programs in line with national, state and College requirements.

Ensuring that appropriate pedagogies are developed and implemented at all levels.

Ensuring the quality of student learning and the effectiveness of teacher practice through appropriate supervision.

Utilising thorough analysis of current data to inform decisions; developing appropriate partnerships within and outside of the College.

These directions will align with, and support, the vision, mission and strategic plan of the College and align with touchstones embedded in the Charter for Catholic Schools in the Edmund Rice Tradition.
