The Director of College Operations is responsible for the strategic and day-to-day coordination of academic staff, timetabling, and resource allocation to ensure the effective delivery of the College’s educational program.

This role plays a critical part in supporting high-quality teaching and learning by managing the timetable, overseeing staffing allocations, and optimising the use of learning spaces and resources. Through strategic oversight, data-informed
workforce planning, and collaborative leadership this role will foster operational cohesion.

These directions will align with, and support, the vision, mission and strategic plan of the college and align with touchstones embedded in the Charter for Catholic Schools in the Edmund Rice Tradition.
