The House Dean is a Middle Leadership position at St Patrick’s College Shorncliffe, responsible for leading the pastoral care, wellbeing, formation, belonging and academic engagement of students from Year 5–12 within a House community. The role provides strategic and operational leadership through the development, implementation and review of an annual House Strategic Plan aligned to the College Strategic Plan, Mission, Vision, Values and pastoral priorities. Working in partnership with senior leaders, Group Tutors, teachers, parents and caregivers, the House Dean ensures every student is known, valued, supported and challenged to grow as a Man of Action.
