The Director of Students is a Middle Leadership position responsible for leading pastoral care, student formation, wellbeing, behaviour development and student engagement. The role supports the Mission and ethos of St Patrick's College and the Touchstones of the Edmund Rice Charter through leadership that is student-centred, relational, consistent and responsive.
We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land on which St Patrick's College stands, the Turrbal and Yuggera peoples. We pay our respects to Elders past and present and recognise their ongoing connection to land, waters and community. We honour their history, culture and traditions, and we commit to walking together toward a more just and respectful future.
