College Chef

The College Chef assists the Food Services Manager in the day to day running and operation of the College Cafe. 

This position is essential to ensuring the delivery of high-quality food services across the College community and is responsible for overseeing food preparation, service, hygiene compliance, stock management and volunteer coordination, ensuring the Café operates efficiently and in alignment with SMART CHOICES guidelines. 

These directions will align with, and support, the vision, mission and strategic plan of the college and align with touchstones embedded in the Charter for Catholic Schools in the Edmund Rice Tradition.
