The Academic Systems and Analytics Officer provides administrative, systems and analytical support to enhance student learning outcomes, engagement, retention and qualification completion.
The role is responsible for maintaining and monitoring academic and learning systems and delivering accurate data, reporting and dashboards to support evidence-based decisions making across the College. This includes the collection and analysis of student achievement, attendance, engagement and intervention data, with a focus on monitoring student growth and identifying trends that inform academic and pastoral support.
Working closely with the Director of Learning Systems and Student Analytics and the Head of Careers and VET, the position maintains records and documentation relating to qualifications and certificate courses delivered within the College’s scope of registration, monitors student progress towards completion, and supports compliance and reporting requirements.
The role contributes to the effective use of data and learning systems to support strategic and operational priorities across the College.
