A big thank you to the many parents and friends of our St Patrick’s community, who joined us last Friday at the annual St Patrick’s Sports Lunch. Our students and Sport Department are very appreciative of your generosity and support of the many raffles and auctions. Outstanding Student Achievements

Congratulations Ben Buechler on his performance at the State U12 Cricket Championships. Ben had a great week taking eight wickets and being part of the winning team to be crowned State Champions defeating Met East in the final. Well done Ben!

Matthew Moate and Callum McFarlane have been selected in the Metropolitan North Triathlon team after strong performances at the recent trials on the Sunshine Coast. Good luck and safe training over the holidays to the triathletes.

We wish Callum and Lachlan Sinclair a fast recovery from a nasty training accident on Tuesday. A collision between cars and bikes never ends in favour of the cyclist! Thankfully both students are on the mend. No doubt new bicycle wheels will be on the Christmas present list.

Jacob Atkinson has been selected in the Queensland team for Futsal. He will be traveling to Sydney to compete in the National Championships in January. Congratulations Jacob!

Good luck to Joshua Smith competing at the National Track & Field Championships from next Wednesday. Joshua broke many AIC records at the recent Championships so he is in great form leading up to this meet.
