At St Patrick’s College, our Diverse Learners Department collaborates with teachers to design personalised learning experiences for students from Years 5-12, ensuring that every learner has the opportunity to grow, succeed, and thrive.
We design learning pathways that meet students where they are and help them reach their full potential. This includes:

- Building self-esteem and a sense of belonging

Advanced Learning Pathways
We recognise, that some students thrive when given opportunities to explore ideas deeply, think critically, and pursue their passions. Our Excellence & Enrichment programs are designed to support high-potential learners through engaging challenges, creative exploration, and academic extension.
Our Advance Learning Pathways provide:
- Differentiated learning within the classroom to meet individual needs
- Extension and enrichment activities that spark curiosity and creativity
- A targeted Honours Program beginning in Year 5
- Opportunities to participate in external academic competitions
- Acceleration options for exceptional learners ready to progress beyond their year level

We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land on which St Patrick's College stands, the Turrbal and Yuggera peoples.
