refurbishment of the College gym.
This project would be completed during the April school holidays.

GENERAL
BUSINESS:
Maxine Nott commented that some of
the Year 8 boys were still using the small lockers and were having trouble
storing all of their belongings.
David Gardiner responded that the College was in the process of replacing the
last of the smaller lockers within the next 12 months.
Chris Walsh asked for clarification
of the selection process for Junior School Leaders as it disappointing that in
recent years some leaders have departed the College at the end of Year 7.
Michael Carroll agreed that while it is disappointing all students are
considered for these roles. It should be noted that these boys had been
outstanding student leaders and had represented the College well
A comment from the floor was raised
that it seemed that some boys may be playing in the wrong age group in AIC
sport. Dr Carroll advised that the
College was opposed to this occurring and he would liaise with Luke Donatini to
follow up and ensure boys were playing in the correct teams for their age. CIC
play in year level but AIC is age level.
A general reminder to support and
promote the Green and Gold Club as it is the P & F’s main fundraising activity
for the year. At this time we do not have enough members to support the prize
money. Judy is still receiving applications and further mail outs will go with
the Calling and mid term reports.
Next meeting Wednesday 23rd
April at 7.30 pm in the library.
MEETING CLOSED at 8.30 pm
