Sporting Program
Cricket

Cricket is a highly valued sport in Australian culture. This is reflected at St Patrick’s where the game of cricket is well respected and student participation very popular.
Students have the opportunity to be involved with cricket on many different levels. College cricket teams compete against other schools in the AIC and CIC sporting competitions each Saturday from January to March. To further develop their cricketing skills and love for the game, students can represent St Patrick’s in the Brisbane North Junior Cricket Association’s competition from September to December. The College nominates and supports cricketers to represent Metropolitan North and Queensland Secondary School Sport.
